Earthquaker Devices Avalanche Run V2

Has anybody had any experience with this? I'm interested in the Avalanche Run, but I'm not so sure about whether or not the extra bucks are worth spending on the V2.
Also, does anyone happen to know if the V2 comes with its own adaptor? This unit requires a bigger current draw than what most isolated power supplies provide, so an adaptor would really help.
