  • TS-9 re-issue modded to Vintage TS-808 spec's.

Local guy here in town "Pete's Pedals" does mods, custom builds & restorations. This TS- 9 has a Texas Instruments 1978 4558 op amp taken from a 1978 MXR 10 band EQ modding the pedal to original pre 1982 TS-808 spec's.
Pedal totally rocks. Those TI 4558 op amps sound fantastic.
I had an original 1982 TS-9 and this pedal sounds better than that.
Its a quiet pedal too you can really push it with little or no noise.

Why does it seem like everyone you know that plays guitar has owned one of these at some point? Let's dive into its history and figure that out. One of the Most Copied Pedals of All Time The Ib

nice!! Contemplating either getting mine modded or buying a Maxon
Believe me when I say that some of the most amazing music in history was made on equipment that's not as good as what you own right now.
