  • Finally done

After a few months of tweaking pedals and making sure that the chain was as tone suckless as possible. I have finally finish my board. Now I just need to clean up the wiring. But damn it sounds glorious.

2005 Quick Rod. The clean channel is “workable,” but the lead channel is everything I’ve ever wanted in a Marshall.

            I’ve got a 2016 QR fully loaded.
            Love it.

It cleans up nicely. The amp is very responsive to both the volume knob and to your pick attack.

Very nice. One of these days I would love to check out a new model. I know that Scott has makes a lot of upgrades to the amp.

I think most players really like the loop volume feature. You can get great tones at reasonable volume levels.
I also like the drop B+ option. It really makes the amp have a great feel to it. Not so stiff.

We need a Splawn owner’s thread here.
                    Oh no.....

I’ve read really good things about the loop volume. I use a Weber Mass 200 to tame the volume with mine.
