Catalinbread Echorec crapped out.... kinda

I got this Echorec in a trade and it seemed to work though I didn't really use it. anyway, it's been sitting a year and today I was dusting off stuff for evaluation & plugged it in. it seems to do fine below "8". there's nothing at all above "8". there is a blend knob for straight and processed signal, but above 8 it makes no difference, there is no sound. there is no battery, I have it plugged into a known good 1 Spot that powers 4 or 5 pedals on my board no problem.

does anyone know anything about this pedal? like, how to test it. or maybe a schematic. I'm on a couple amp building forums & have feelers out but so far nothing. TIA.... Tom

So this is a rythmic delay. To use it it is better to know the rythmic matrix.
Catalinbread have added more patterns and the option of longer delay time.
