      - 4 horizontal slats
      - 3 vertical slats

      - Screwerd a 1/2 x 6 or something to the back for height

      Can hold like 16 pedals.
Just curious if you don't mind. What are you using the G3n for? I have one but haven't used it for more than a year now.

        It is in the loop.

Every song has different, and occasionally multiple delay settings. Plus Chorus, Flange, Phase, Reverb. Occasionally a talk box or EQ.

        Signal chain is:

        Guitar > Pitchfork > Synth 9 > Wah > Amp

        Send > Zoom > Return

Got it, thanks. I'm not gigging and my signal chain is very basic, but you're tempting me to chuck it in the amp loop and test the parametric EQ, maybe some delays. Thing is, the BOSS MS-3 which is my loop and midi switcher has all these effects already. I don't know, guess it's a good problem to have.

If I had an MS3 I don't know that I'd use the Zoom also. Probably not.

The Zoom, however, can do a lot more than the MS-3 I believe in terms of total effects and amps/cabs/etc.

For DIY, I've used plywood, a 12x24 shelf from Home Depot or Lowe's and even a 9x16 Cuisinart cutting board, which I still use and am using for my worship band setup. Some velcro on the top and screw in feet on the bottom, done. I have a Pedaltrain Classic as well.

Check Etsy. Good choices for DIY boards that are less expensive than the mainstream brands but likely nicer than what you'll make yourself.

But you won't live forever, so isn't that sort of infinitely non-optimal?

Can't get more basic than this. Couple of pieces of 1/2" plywood held together with rubber bands from the produce department.

I like smaller footprint boards with iso power underneath (dont like daisy chains), so whether you make one or get a pedal train -suggest a smaller MXR ISO brick or Strymon Ojai that can fit underneath the pedals themselves.

Lol. Tell that to the Nebraska carpenter that built it out of scrap wood from his farm, ya nerd.

Here's one such cool offering if you like DIY stuff but don't have the time/patience/etc to do it yourself. I could link these all day. Laser cut aluminum.
Super lightweight at 3.5 lbs and can withstand the weight of a 200 lb person placed on it! The rubber edge trim is easily removable, so the pedalboard is super easy to paint any color if desired! Beautiful and aesthetic aluminum guitar pedalboard. Original design by the seller, and precision
