Can anyone compare Schaller Golden 50's with SD '59's? I've heard both PAF's are very good.

I already used a Golden 50, before it got's broken, now i have the 59.
I can't really compare them, i liked the golden 50 and heard that this might be a replica of a Gibson '57 HB. It has had a warm and smooth tone.
All Schaller's seem to be copy's of PU's from DiMarzio's or Gibson or even SD.
    They have something like a X2N, a Quarter-Pounder...

I had a Golden 50 and loved it. It was a clear PAF pup , not too hot. Beautiful PAF sound and killer when "split". Underappreciated in my book. - Rob McFee
