    With trembuckers, what is the difference between Parallel Axis and Standard Humbucker styles?

    well for the PA series they are more made for floyd rose bridges i believe. but im not 100% sure on that.
    as for more technical terms im not too sure already and i have no idea why the pole pieces are designed that way. heh

      Oh so does the term parallel axis just refer to the fact that the pole pieces are split parallel lines to each other vs round?? No effect on sound or is there?

        i think ur best bet would be just to either send an email to the duncan tech support or message any of the admins here.

          I actually have emailed the duncan techs yesterday so I guess i'll hear back on monday. I'll post their reply since it seems like a stumper of a question. Thanks for the post.
