Trying to get my Carvin to sound like a Gibson. Billy Gill recommended Custom 5 bridge, Jazz neck.
Like: Radiohead, old Bowie/Ronson, Pink Floyd.

itll be warmer but in an all koa guitar (kinda middy) a c5 might sound great. i think one of those pups will probably work well for ya. the c5 hs more bottom but less mids so i think the c5 will be more les pauly while the cc might be more sg like. you arent gonna nail a gibson tone with a carvin but i think the guitar will sound killer with either setComment
