The rectangular piece of plastic that surrounds a HB... what is that called? It rises above the body of the guitar.

The reason I ask is that I'm replacing the pups in my ebony Sheraton, and I'd like to change these whatchacallits to cream, since the pups are black. If you know what I'm talking about, where can I order some that are cream?

there are many other places to get these even gibson sells them but they are very expensive from them
