Seth Lover vs EVH

Hi guys.
I'm new here. Just wondered what your thoughts are on this comparison. I have a couple of Seth's and like them, but I'm considering either a Holmes 455 or a EVH from Duncan.
Anyone have any experience with both the Seth and the EVH?

Hey Keith!

I have both and don't think they sound at all alike. The Seth has a more polite, rounded, compressed tone to it. You can't really get the low end whack like you can with the EVH. The EVH feels like it's hotter too. Replacing the A2 in the Seth with an A5 helped a little ... but not enough.

I'm going to try either a '59 or a Voodoo next (both ends of the spectrum in terms of price!!).
