Specifically the Persuader Lead pickup? Mel Lace makes these and I talked to him and he got me interested in ordering a set but they aren't cheap and obviously he is going to hype his own pickups. His selling point is they are high output AND clean.
He also told me a long and drawn out story about him and his brother since his brother Don Lace came out with the Lace Sensors, and Mel says he stole the idea from him. I don't know how true the story is, but it was an interesting story none-the-less, including details of all the litigation that ensued lol.
