I understand that it is common practice to use a 250k pot when installing a jp jazz combo but would you do the same for a jb pgn combo?

It should work. What guitar will you be installing these pickups in?
    Ain't nothin' but a G thang, baby.

      Re: pgn and jb bridge

I have a pgn and custom in my wolfgang special, like the pg but the custom is not what I'm looking for.
I should try to find a a2 mag and do a swap and try that.
Anyone have one laying around they don't need? *grin*
Anyway I was thinking a JB would work but I dont know how the 250k pot would change the sound of the pgn.

mabye a 300k would be a happy middle ground.

I think I'm going to try out a demon next and see how that matches up with the pgn. Any thoughts or comments on this combo?
