epiphone coronet

i have a 90's coronet and i wanted to know what pickup would you recomend. i wanted to buy a p90 (the one coronets originally use in 60's) but it's too big for my 90's e. coron...
i wanted to know too, if anybody knows what a new york pickup is. New York is a epiphone guitar, isn't it? or is a model of pickup? Thanks

i think the new york pup is a mini humbucker of sorts but i dont know much beyond that. the coronet has a single coil in the neck and bucker in the bridge right??
