the one in the middle says "N" and the one at the neck says "1N" that's it.

I have a new Charvel Traditional (recently discontinued). Ads claim it to have Cool Rails in the neck & Hot Rails in the middle but SD customer service says that a Hot Rails bottom is "Gon" shaped (penta , hexa , cant remember) and the Cool rails are oval shaped. My guitar has 2 "oval shaped" rails...one middle & one neck. Hmmmmmm......anybody?

The only way to find out what you have is to remove the pickups from the guitar and look at the bottoms. They should have labels/stickers denoting the model.

The Hot Rails has a triangular lip that is not actually part of the coils (look into the pickup route of the guitar). Otherwise, the Hot and Cool Rails look identical. Those are great pickups. I have a Hot Rails neck/Cool Rails mid/Distortion bridge set up in one of my Charvels and that thing is a beast.
