POSITION SUMMARY:
The New Products Program Leader is responsible for coordinating our New Product tracking system and ensuring that all related tasks, from concept to post-release analysis, are properly delegated and completed. This person will conduct market research, competitive analysis, solicit user feedback and report results. The New Products Program Leader will also generate cost and revenue schedules and will work closely with members of Marketing, Engineering, Sales and Operations to ensure continuity in product offering, on-time delivery of new products and attainment of company goals.
