Ok, I don't know exactly what to do.. or who to call..
I ordered my first Custom Shop bridge pickup in April.. and received it at the very end of May.. About 2 weeks before I called up and ordered another pickup. I wanted a neck humbucker.. but modelled after the YJM Fury neck model.. but in a side by side coil. Well, I received the neck pickup in early JULY.. and it was wound as a TREMBUCKER for bridge. I called MJ back.. she was great about it.. apologized and offered to have me send back the wrong pickup.. and she would wind a new one in HB spacing.. OR give me a discount and I could keep the wrong pickup. I decided to keep it THINKING it would be less hassle and I would get the right pickup "faster." I was wrong.. I am STILL WAITING. Nearly 3 months later.
I called over there.. in fact 3 times in the last 3 or 4 weeks.. and I am told she wound my pickup and it should be getting ready for shipping.. I'm still waiting... I don't know WHO to call/email or how to proceed...
