Reverse Wiring Les Paul

hi,

I read here that the screw coil is weaker than the slug coil, which is why the slug coil 'sees' the output.

What would happen if I reversed this, and have the screw coil on both pickups 'see' the output instead of the slugs? Do i just get reduced output? By how much? - as drastic as a coil split? or is it just a very tiny bit?
