The difference between a APH-1n and APH-1b is tiny - 7.6k vs 7.85k. So there shouldn't be a problem. Where it becomes an issue, is with pickups like the Full Shred, Invader, and Parallel Axis Trembucker, where the bridge version is twice the neck version. There will be greater output, but also much less highs. Which is ok for the bridge, but may hurt the tone of the neck.
