  • Pups for a metal Les Paul knock off

Im buying A Les Paul knock off with a mahagony body and set neck(my first LP!!!) and im interested in playing metal and hardcore with it, so i was thinking a good Pup combo would be a full Sherd-neck and Duncan Custom-bridge, what do you guys think?

I dig the custom I think that combo would be killer for metal in a paul.

If you're already using high gain, a high output pup may turn the whole proceedings into a muddy mess! I would recommend the JB, which is a cliche, but for a very good reason.
