This will probably be more relevant to Evan than anyone else.
Back in the day when Jason, Matt and I were designing and building my rigs at Sunset Customs; weren't we using a JB 50/50 in a bridge only configuration?
Is that pup still available, or buildable?
    Thanx...

Evan won't be back for a day or two, but you've piqued my curiosity . . .

    . . . whats a JB 50/50?

btw - welcome to the forum.

I assume this is something like the 2/5 singles in a humbucker form? BTW, I like your name...is that a Beowulf reference?

thats what I though...I have already spoken to Hygileac on the phone today and it is not like a 5-2...it's a winding thing, and I have never heard of it until I talked to him...Im still unsure what to think!
If you just read a post by The Guy Who Invented Fire please understand that opinions change, mind sets change and as players our ears mature...not to mention our needs grow and change. With that in mind, today I may or may not agree with the post you just read!

the only thing i remember about this subject is that Evan said the 5/2 concept did not work in humbuckers.
