DMZ wiring diagram snafu

The wiring diagram above is supposed to result in position 4 being Bridge in Parallel- but it's Bridge Split instead.
I re-checked it 3 times and everything seems right.

Does anyone see anything wrong with it?

If so, could you speak in terms of Top row of 12 terminals left to right and bottom row of 12 terminals left to right please- it would make it easier for me.

BYW- both pick-ups are standard Dimarzios humbuckers (so the color coding matches for me)
