Pup suggestions for a MichaelKelly guitar?

I recently just sold one of my guitars to get this beauty. I purchased a Michael Kelly Patriot Quit top (LP copy). This thing is extremely well made: tone pros bridge, good pots, pups are really good for factory pups, etc... I absolutely love the way this thing handles and even looks for that matter, great quilt. The only thing I want to change is the pups. They aren't bad by no means but I want some duncans. I want to get that vintage LP sound that Mick Ralphs got with Bad Company.

I came up with a few possible sets, would love to hear thoughts on them as well as other suggestions....
1. Seth Lovers
2. PG's
3. AII Pros
4. 59 ( possible to much bass?)

oh, here is more info on the guitar .....
Mahogany body and neck
set neck
thick quilt maple top
rosewood finger board
500k pots
Coil Taps for both pickups
tone pros bridge, and grover tuners

I would say that ALL those are good choices for a PAF vibe (which is what you really want). The Alnico II pros are very smooth and have a beautiful bell like top end. The Seth Lovers are just as smooth but not quite as bright (this is not the normal kind of bright...the A2Pro's just have a little extra sparkle that the Seth do not have). THe PG's are a killer PAF type pups with a tad extra under the hood! The PG neck is my favorite neck pickup, and the bridge is no slouch either! The PG's are very much a vintage PAF type pickup but they have a spike in the upper mids that really make them cut with out being overly bright. The 59's are the perfect all around/catch all pickup, I really feel that you can use a 59 in almost every application there is for a humbucking pickup! I favor Alnico II magnets more but the 59's really are great pickups. I hope this helped a bit...good luck
