  • looking for new bridge pup for sg special

i'm looking for a new bridge pickup for my sg special. i want something with a fairly high output, but that can also clean up nicely. it needs to be able to get a nice smoother sound when overdriven. i thought maybe one of the customs, but not sure which one, or if i should go with something else. any suggestions?

maybe a JB. it has good output and still much clarity. Nice overtones.
    Or maybe a custom.
    what style do you play?

    TS 7 (modded)
    Hot Rod 50+ XL

Ditto on the Custom or JB. I had a JB in an SG and loved it.

Don't overlook the Demon. Through a high output amp the Demon rules. At 10k it has awesome clarity clean or pushed and never sounds compressed.
