I'm thinking about building a Warmoth mahogany Tele with 2 humbuckers. I was thinking the JB for the bridge. I like the JB, and in a mahogany body it should be a bit darker than in ash. Or maybe the C5, but will it sound muddy at all cause of the wood? Not sure about the neck, maybe a Jazz.
    Ibanez RG1570: stock
    Squier Strat: stock

Next on the list: an amp that isn't crap!

I've got a C5 in a Korina guitar (which is reported to be like mahogany, but bassier) and it's clear as day.
