Yep, don't get fooled by the necks pu larger resistance, plenty of meat in the bridge

I wanted to know if the bridge is around the same output as the custom 5? it sounds a lot hotter in my buds wolf? also i am being told that the bridge wolf pup is NOT tremspaced? and the neck pups lead will not reach to the switch in a RG!

It is but voiced very differently, more in your face.
Plus the Wolfgang does not have a floating trem, it sits flat on the guitars top, which makes it louder pr default.
Not tremspaced, but in reallity it matters very little.
The leads can be soldered with extra wire, no big problem there.

yeah i cant wait to hear it in the RG, but how vintage can it sound?
i have a paf pro in the bridge now and i am pretty sure the wolf bridge pup is much hotter/modern like a JB?

Hmm to me it sounds like a souped up PAF, many seem to dislike it, but I dig them, one of the few hot pickups I really like actually.
It is fat with a healthy portion of topend sound, not a muddy pickup, sounds best with drive
I think it will sound good in most other guitars, my strat defently likes it.

cool! i think in a RG it will sound balanced(basswood body) i have my trem set like a wolfgang it only dives,i put a piece of wood in the trem block cavity to block any up pull,it supposedly increases low end and sustain? i know it is great for tuning stablity at least!
