  • This combo rocks!!!

    Hey!

After a long time of searching a suitable combo for myself, thanks to you all i finally do know what sound 'n pups i want.
There are few main ideas in my head: (B/M/N)

    - for the bridge JBJr, Hot Rails or Custom 5 (must make a hole in pickguard)
    - for the middle Vintage Rails or JBJr
    - for the neck Cool Rails

I'm looking for extra warmness and extra power, for playing modern hard rock to metal, jazz rock and fusion.

Does JBJr in mid sounds good? Which one for bridge.. Help creating a fine combo plz..

(My guitar: American Strat, Alder body, Maple neck, rosewood fretboard)

    I have the C5/Vintage Rails/JBJr (B/M/N) in my Godin...sounds great! Especially the C5.

the C5/ vintage rails/ jb jr sounds like a pretty good combo.

P.S. Riddim? how does the JB jr sound in neck for little shredding runs?

The JB Jr neck is very fat, but sweet and glassy at the same time.

I am not a shredder, but I did some mindless wanking with a tele and a JB Jr in the neck position.
