I need to know if you can fit a pickup with a single conducter cable and a pickup with the 4 in the same guitar?!? Help plz

If you mean can you put a humbucker with a braided single conductor in one position, and a humbucker with a 4 conductor wire in the other, the answer is yes.
Otherwise I am confused by the question. -
