EMG to Blackout Wiring

Both use the same value pots and the same quick-connect system but are the pins in the same order or does the connector need to be reversed?

no, everything's 1:1.

you can use the same cables.
they are interchangeable without modifications

Pot values are the same, but cap value is significantly different. Blackouts need a large cap value - 0.47 - in order for the tone pot to have any audible effect.

same stuff other than the tone cap, i have an emg sv in the middle with two blackouts at the moment. HUGE volume difference so its gotta go but it works fine

Would the BTC from EMG work with the blackouts? It's supposed to work with guitar or bass passive and active.

I reviewed the downloadable Control Specifications Sheet for it. I didn't any reason why it shouldn't work for Blackouts.
