Anyone can help with strat pickup selection?

Hi there.I own an 6 year old Fender American Stratocaster with SD custom strat pickups.Recently my middle pickup was damaged and i need to change into something new.i play mostly alternative sounds.what i need is a versatile pickup selection.if it helps i use a vox ad120vt amp. is there anyone to help me out with this?

Go with a APS-II if your looking for a warm round sound
Or a SSL-I if your looking for a Brighter vintage tone.

If you're only going to change the one pickup, I'd go with an SSL
