there will be a little volume difference when clean but dirty the 59n will just be a little cleaner

The distortion/'59 set should work okay, although it might be a little bright. I'm a big fan of the Blues Trembucker for the bridge spot of these guitars. I can't really comment on the neck, because I prefer alnico 2 pickups in that position. If you want a warmer, smoother sound from the neck spot, go with an Alnico II Pro. But a '59 should work fine in the neck.

it's a dynamic combo but there'll be difference in volumes as the outputs are different for these humbuckers.
