        Pretty reasonable facsimilie.

Has a bit more chime to the top, and you are putting it in a tele yeah? You can get a decent AC/DC ish tone.

its a really good rock pickup in my strat. I find a little bit too trebbly/twangy but thats to be expected for a bridge pickup. I'd still highly recommend it though for all types of blues/rock->hard rock

I put a lil59 in my strat about a month ago. I've been playing a Rock musical kinda thing in Hollywood for 4 nights a week and it gives me a great rock tone. Anything from bluesy/classic rock to raging hard rock(via my Mesa).

Is the lil59 identical in sound to its big brother?

I put a Little 59 in my Fat Tele Special last week and used it out last night for a showcase. The Cleans were crisp and the crunch stuff was... well very crunchy. Worked really nice as well mixed in with the neck humbucker split and in full. Can't complain so far...

Does that mean the lil59 sounds like a mix between a full-sized 59 and a single coil?
