PRS SE 35th anniversary bridge pickup replacement with SD Custom Shop '78

I'm hoping someone here can help me with this replacement...I'm pretty handy with a soldering iron and have replaced a few pickups in my past....but the PRS color convention has me stymied a bit....the control setup on my PRS is the same as a "Paul's Guitar" with the two mini-switches for the coil split on each pickup...I know the colors are different for the '78, and I'm only replacing the bridge pickup....so can anyone give me just a straight color replacement list I should be using? as in "where the red prs wire was, solder in the xxx color wire fron the 78 pickup" ? Thanks to anyone that can help me!
