  • Quick Polarity Question

If I pair a SD Vintage Tele neck pickup with a bridge P-Rails pickup, which one of the pickups in the P-Rails will be noise-canceling with the neck, assuming normal pickup wiring? I found some conflicting info about magnet polarity in the P-Rails, so I thought maybe someone here could clarify. Many thanks!

    From this: https://www.seymourduncan.com/blog/l...g-bible-part-1

    and this: https://www.tdpri.com/threads/seymou...larity.846521/

It seems as though the neck Tele is South and the P-Rails bridge rail is North.

However, I wonder if someone that owns both here (Jeremy? Mincer? Securb?) might be able to do a test to confirm.
    Oh no.....

    Oh Yeah!

I don't own a P-Rails equipped guitar anymore. But I am interested in the answer.

Good news for my plans, if correct!

And Jeremy, thanks for the offer to check it!
