I have a fender hss strat and the manufacturer say the string spacing is 52 mm fro E to e, do I need a humbucker or trembucker?

trembucker would be a better match

        Humbucker okay, trembucker excellent.

You only really need a trembucker in the bridge, mind.

Even though SD has suspended production for a while now, there's still plenty listed on eBay.

Just be aware that using a Trembucker will require you to modify the pickguard to gain some additional space. To avoid that I would suggest using a humbucker instead. 52mm bridge spacing is narrower than many other bridges, so the the standard Humbucker is an acceptable fit IMO. Both can be used, so it is up to your preference really.

I agree with what's already been said. The trembucker pole pieces fit better under the strings, but it is mainly an aesthetic concern and would require you to widen the pickguard slightly. A humbucker, even though the poles aren't exactly under the strings, will have no difference in tone and would not require any modification.
