Magnet swaps - pro solution or learning experience?

What an incredibly......odd thread premise.
I mean if you like a mag swap then you're hardly likely to reverse it for zero reason. And a quick researching of the topic would have shown people do keep swaps in.
And unless your inferiority complex is off the charts then why on earth would not feel confident if your tone is what you like.
Well, unless you believe in the urban legend that say mag swapped pickups spontaneously explode.......

Seems like a pretty damn good premise to many people here.
