  • 80's Seymour Duncan single coil 3R pick-up

Hello everyone. New member, 1st post.

I opened up my Fender MIJ strat and found a pick-up in the bridge position with a sticker that only said 3R.
The only research I found was a listing on Reverb for a Seymour Duncan 3R Tele neck pickup. It has the same sticker as on my pick-up.

Has anyone heard about this pick-up and if so what information can you tell me?

    Thanks so much!!

Thank you guys so much for responding.
I have attached a picture of the back of the pick-up. Can you tell when this might have been made? Or any other information?
I did measure it and it was 15.62 ohms.

15.6 is in line with what you would expect for an SSL-3.

Like they said, it was made before 2002 by Connie Rocha not sure what else you want to know.

Here’s more about the pickup model itself: https://www.seymourduncan.com/single-product/hot-strat
