Greetings.... Since most SD HB-type pups are in this same general price range, is there a noticeable or specific sonic signature that gives them any kind of edge?? thnx

No more or less than any other pickup in the lineup......as in they probably sound a bit different to other winds and its up to you to determine if that works for you.
And this is beyond the obvious OOP hard-wiring that should be obvious from the name.
