There isn't a lot of info, reviews, clips etc. on the SJM-1 Vintage (and SJM-2 Hot) pickups online. These have been around for a long, long time, and they're still a bit of a mystery to me. Especially since a lot of people rave about the Antiquity JM pickups (rightfully so). But the SJMs get overlooked for some reason.
I'm wondering how these compare tonally the Antiquity IIs, since they are both trying to emulate the classic/vintage JM tone. I know these don't have the aged parts of the Antiquity. But any other tonal differences?
