Hello I have a jaguar style guitar that I’m putting 2 single coil sized humbuckers into and need help with the wiring schematic.
the plan is to put a 5 way super switch so I can get both pickups split together in series and parallel. However I’m not sure how to implement the Rhythm circuit.
usually the Hot (north start) goes to the RC switch and then back to the lead circuit but I’m concerned that having the north/south finish wires wired to the 5 way will cause problems.
Do i wire it to the 5 way first then to the RC? Or RC first and then to the Lead circuit?
This is the wiring diagram for the 5 way super switch.
here is another wiring schematic where they use individual split switches and a mini toggle in the lead circuit. So i know (?) its possible (hopefully) to have splits in the lead circuit while having a rhythm circuit.
any help would be much appreciated!!!
