Duncan Designed P/J pups?

Picked up a 90s Jackson Kelly bass, MIJ, and it has Duncan Designed P and J pickups. Tried to find info on them via google, bass forums, etc. and really just got “they suck”.

Anyone know what their SD equivalent is?

they were alnico rod pups if i remember correctly, so they might not be bad at all

I would imagine that they'd be better than most stock pickups on medium-level instruments.
