How long are the leads on a new neck position JB Jr. supposed to be, and are the wires pre-stripped or not (or at least pre fanned out)?

i think about 12 inches, its not pre stripped, it should look like a single thick black wire, then it has all teh leads inside of itOriginally posted by charge -
