  • Scored a '59n and APH Bridge

    On 2 separate auctions
    $31.00 for the '59n
    $45.00 for the APHb

As always my reasoning is to put the brightest pickup in the neck and the mellowest in the bridge, to control the shrillnest I hear in bridge pickups. My only concern is output, I may have to raise the bridge and lowere the neck pickups more than usual

Has anyone else tried this combo, and your thoughts?

You scored a good deal on both of those.

APH/59 is one of my favorite combos. They're a great match, great for classic to blues to hard rock, very versatile.
