This weekend, I did this to my Viper with the 81 set, and I can't believe I thought it sounded good before. This has to be the easiest modification ever. And rather than giving me a different tone I may use very rarely (ie, coil splitting), its a permanent improvement.
Anybody else do this and have a similar result?
