Ive already got a trem spaced JB (TB-4) and was thinking about getting a CC for my les paul, normal spacing. Will i be able to swap the magnets between these pickups if i feel like experimenting or will the different spacings of the pickups mean different sized and hence incompatible magnets?

Wouldn't think so. If you look at the two pickups side by side (a standard and a trem-spaced) you probably won't notice any difference, or at the very most, a really minor difference in size. So the magnets should be cool.• EBMM JPX BFR (Crunch Lab/Liquifire)

No, magnet size is the same for both standard and trembucker spaced pickups. The length of the magnet is such that it's long enough to work with both.
