Any Thoughts on the Bill Turner Fender Humbuckers?

I exchanged some e-mail with him about them a couple of years back, and it was interesting.

Fender Corona humbuckers are sort of mysterious to me -- lots of weird names, numbers and features that don't match up, everything sort of ad hoc, but some are quite nice...whatever they are.
