  • PJ Marx 412 Pickup

Cleaning out the workbench. Here is a PJ Marx 412 in very good condition. If you know these pickups, you know they are real hard to find. Slight scuff marks on the side as shown in the picture. Pickup sounds great-very clear, high output with a real solid low end. Long lead.

    Asking $90 Shippd/PP'd

BTW, Hacker's price is very fair! I sold A PJ Marx Jeff Watson model last year for $100. It sold in 1 day. Snap this up if you can!

this geared toward any particular style?
Believe me when I say that some of the most amazing music in history was made on equipment that's not as good as what you own right now.

Is this the same type Brad Gillis used?

I don't know squat about PJ Marx pickups, but I have a Brad Gillis model, so I'm "guessing" the 412 model is something else?

Sorry, I've never hooked it up yet so I don't know what it sounds like.

The 412 is a medium output humbucker that's very versatile.

Brad used a PJ Marx Brad Gillis Signature model. Different pickup than the 412.

Don, if you decide to sell that one, don't take less than $100 for it.

Ok, if you say so LOL!

It came in an HM Strat I picked up for $100. That deal keeps getting better and better.

Gillis used PJ long before there was a Gillis model...so what was it?

Same pickup. PJ made a pickup that Brad used early on and really liked. He liked it so much that PJ & Brad decided to market it as the Brad Gillis signature model.
