Anyone fix pick ups? I have a set of Gibson's from my Studio that I took out because the plastic between the poles had cracked. I don't know anything about fixing pickups. PM me if you want them.

Thanks to all who helped get this old peavey predator back into working condition. There are a lot of good karma parts on this bad boy! Also, some very generous purchases from the forum. This guitar was restored almost completely by forum people, but I had to get a few screws and such from stewmac.

The switch tip that I bought from stewmac does not work on this import switch. It is too big and falls off. I took a pic of some items I'm giving away: two white single pickup covers and one brand new black one. Also, I'm giving away the black switch tip that doesn't fit my switch.

Can anyone hook me up with a black switch tip that looks like the white one in the picture? I put the black one and white one in the first hole of the white pickup covers so that you can see the difference. Thanks!

Once I can confirm that this guitar works I'll have all kinds of goodies to give away including tuners, screws, a 500k pot, a single coil pickup, etc but until then I need that stuff as backup.

1 set of cream strat knobs w/ gold lettering.

1 piece of white Stewmac .060x.250 binding

1 chrome top loader 6 saddle tele bridge plate

1 old silvertone branded 6L6gc

I need 2 tele control plates ( chrome ) or a set of flat top knobs, backplate for a carbonita build.


I also need to find a decent set of vintage style tele pickups for a mutant bigsby tele build, no doubt those I have cash or trades for

I have various V-pick and gravity picks that i got as samples.
I went back to a regular fender medium pick so i dont use these. none of the picks have any real wear on them. please PM to claim em
