FOR SALE:
2002 MIM Fender standard Fat Strat
- Midnight wine with rosewood fretboard
- EMG KH20 pickups (w/ mother of pearl white guard and black knobs) the bridge EMG81 has been replaced with EMG85 for a warmer/fatter tone
- Zakk Wylde Signature GHS Boomers: .011 .014 .018 .036w .052 .070 (with one new set included) HUGE strings for HUGE tone! They are surprisingly easy to get used to…after a while of playing you’ll be bending and doing pinch harmonics on that .070 with no problems!
- Fender Accs. American Standard string guides
- Levys EM7 gig bag also included
The guitar is tuned to drop C and it sounds amazing, it will shake down the house if you want it to! The “Pay Up Sucker” sticker is from west coast choppers and can be removed by the request of the buyer before the guitar ships with no harm done to the guitar (just let me know if you want it off). The guitar is mint, not a nick or scratch on it and there is no fret wear to be seen. I hardly play the guitar…thus why I am selling it. I hate to see it go but I have G.A.S. and want a new toy so some of the heard needs to be thinned down a bit You can easily set the guitar up with your choice of strings if Drop C tuned thick strings isn’t your thing, but I will leave that up to the buyer. The strings will let you go lower than C no problem and as high as D…I wouldn’t go any higher though with these strings. The trem. bar is included but the guitar is set up with all 5 trem. springs in it and not for the bar to be used…if you want to use the bar it’s up to you to set it up to your liking.
What I paid…
The guitar cost $399
The EMG pickup set cost $210
The Levys bag cost $30
American standard string retainers cost $7
My rough Total without tax: $646
Your price…$425 shipped to your door
Post here, private message me or e-mail me at [email protected] if you have any questions or would like to buy it.
Here she is…the pickguard is mother of pearl, it got washed out a bit in the pics
Slightly better shot of the guard
I will gladly take more pics, just tell me what you want to see...these are just two I had handy.
*note* strap locks shown in those pics are NOT included, they are off the guitar and on another one already sorry.
Thanks!
-Mike
