I just got a neck that was modded by a previous owner for a Floyd nut and they trimmed about 1/8" too much off of the fretboard, so I'll need to glue a small strip in there and refile it.
I honestly don't see how they even used it like that... I thought about trimming a sliver off of the end of the fretboard and use that, but there's not much over hang now and it already looks too squared off in my opinion.
Anyways, if someone has a piece or even a junk neck they are willing to cut me a piece or sell me the whole neck...
(I know of no one local to me where I could turn to)
