  • anyone willing to trade an EMG for a DiMarzio or two?

i've got a Super 3 and an H3 i'm not using, and i want to get a neck pickup for my Charvel, which has an 81 in the bridge. i'd like to get either an 81 or an 85, but i'm not sure which would be the better neck pickup...i tend to use my neck pickup for cleans and distorted leads...i play metal...guitar is basswood with a pickguard, maple neck with rosewood board, licensed floyd, 25.5" scale. so any recommendations/comments/trade offers are much appreciated.

About which pickup would be better I would say the 85. good for rythemy leads and ok for cleans. If you use it more for cleans I would say a 60 would work pretty good too.

Would you be interested in an EMG 89? It's a splitable 85.

          What exactly is an H3?

BTW, I have an 85 with a volume pot and battery clip.
